This is a wet processed coffee; at Mostra, we are getting away from saying “washed” or “natural” due to the misconceptions those terms still somehow engender. Most of our coffees will be wet processed without being labeled as such, but we felt it necessary to mention here since we carry both dry and wet coffees from the same mill here in the Philippines.
