Coffee purist, eh? Welcome to the club! Our light roasts, a.k.a. our Roaster’s Choice, are the coffees hand selected by our Coffee Buying team. These are the coffees they drink on the daily and range from bright, complex, and clean to juicy, fruity, and tea-like flavors. Roasted to perfection with nothing to hide, these coffees will take you on a journey to coffee bliss.
High scoring coffees will land here, with the occasional mixed pack - think 300 grams of washed Ethiopia paired with 100 grams of an experimental lot of coffee.
Our Curated Coffee Program:
- Monthly Selection: Each month, our roasters select 3 unique [light] [medium] [dark] options for each category.
- Single Bag: If you subscribe to one bag per month, or even get multiple deliveries in the same month, you will receive the same coffee variant for that month. The coffee variant changes month to month.
- Multiple Bags: To enjoy 2-3 different coffees each month, subscribe to multiple bags and spread out the deliveries.
