From the beginning, Beanspire has faced significant challenges, a reality they openly acknowledge. Despite these hurdles, they continue to produce exceptional coffee. Beanspire is a Thailand-based collective that works closely with farmers to hone their craft and provide access to international specialty markets.
This particular coffee is processed by Noi Duongdee, a veteran of the Thai coffee industry with over 10 years of experience. Noi began his career working at one of Thailand’s pioneering mills in the specialty coffee sector before establishing his own processing plant in Chaiprakarn, Chiang Mai.
For this black honey coffee, the cherries are harvested throughout the day and left to rest overnight at cool temperatures. The next morning, they are pulped. This delayed pulping, combined with controlled temperatures, enhances the coffee's complexity. After pulping, the coffee is dried on a patio covered with plastic sheets to ensure cleanliness throughout the drying process. The drying takes up to 25 days. Once the moisture content reaches 10-12%, the coffee is stored in hermetic bags for two months to cure before milling, ensuring both consistency and flavor development.

Every bag begins with a fresh roast, never warehouse stock. We roast coffee in small batches and ship it shortly after, sealing in the vibrant aroma and flavor so it reaches you at its peak. From roast to doorstep, we make sure your coffee’s journey is as short and as fresh as possible.
Shipping Information
We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days, though in some cases it may take up to 3–5 business days.
Most orders are then shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class/Ground (Local Zones), with an estimated transit time of 1–3 business days from the shipment date. Other carriers may be used at our discretion.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package every step of the way.
