Hi there! We’re so glad you’re here and can’t wait to send some Mostra Coffee your way. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order. If you have any questions, we’re always here to help.

Rest assured, we freshly roast all coffee before shipping and bag it shortly after roasting to ensure you receive it at peak freshness.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders within the U.S. The required order amount and applicable conditions will be displayed at checkout.

For orders that do not qualify, a flat-rate shipping fee will apply, which will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Carrier

We use the best shipping method to get your coffee to you as fresh as possible. Most orders ship via:

  • USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class/Ground (Local Zones) with an estimated transit time of 1–3 business days from the shipment date.
  • Other carriers may be used at our discretion.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package every step of the way.

Please note:

  • Requested shipping carriers/services cannot be guaranteed.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by Mostra Coffee.

Processing Times

We aim to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days but please allow up to 3–5 business days.

Exceptions:

  • Peak seasons (such as holidays)
  • Special release coffees with limited roast schedules
  • Inventory or production delays

We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during busier times.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically take 1–3 business days after your order is shipped.

The fastest delivery times apply to regions near our Roasting Facility. However, transit times depend on factors such as location, order volume, and carrier schedules.

Once your order is with the carrier, we cannot control delays, but we’re always here to help if needed.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If something goes wrong during shipping (like your package gets lost or arrives damaged), reach out to us at customerservice@mostracoffee.com within 7 days, and we’ll help make it right.

For carrier delays, we recommend contacting USPS directly, but we’re happy to support you however we can.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Mostra Coffee is not responsible for address errors, and changes cannot be guaranteed after the order is placed.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the U.S., but we hope to expand in the future.
