Our Roaster’s Choice selection is crafted for those who appreciate the nuances of specialty coffee. These are the coffees our Coffee Buying team drinks daily—expertly chosen for their bright, complex, and clean profiles, with flavors that range from juicy and fruity to tea-like elegance. Roasted to perfection with nothing to hide, each cup takes you on a journey to true coffee bliss.

High scoring coffees will land here, with the occasional mixed pack - think 300 grams of washed Ethiopia paired with 100 grams of an experimental lot of coffee.

Our Curated Coffee Program:

• Monthly Selection: Our roasters handpick three unique coffees each month—one light, one medium, and one dark. A new lineup is introduced monthly.
• Purchase Quantity: To receive all three coffees, order a quantity of 3. A quantity of 1 means receiving the same coffee for all deliveries that month.
• Maximum Variety: Order multiple quantities of 3 to explore every offering. All three coffees rotate at the start of each month.

Every bag begins with a fresh roast, never warehouse stock. We roast coffee in small batches and ship it shortly after, sealing in the vibrant aroma and flavor so it reaches you at its peak. From roast to doorstep, we make sure your coffee’s journey is as short and as fresh as possible.

We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days, though in some cases it may take up to 3–5 business days. If your order is placed just before a scheduled roasting day, it may be fulfilled and shipped sooner.

Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class/Ground (Local Zones), with an estimated transit time of 1–3 business days from the shipment date. Other carriers may be used at our discretion.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package every step of the way.

• Special release coffees with limited roast schedules
