COVID-19 Efforts: A Message to Our Community

Our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19). Mostra Coffee has always and will continue to be dedicated to serving the community and putting customers first. With the recent developments of COVID-19, the safety, health and well-being of our customers and staff continue to be our top priority.

The actions we have taken include the following: 

  • To prevent the spread of virus, we are temporarily not serving drinks in our ceramics at this time. However, if you do bring in reusable drinkware to the shop, we will still honor the $0.25 discount.
  • Sugars, creamers, stirrers, drinking water from our water station and lids are available upon request. Please ask a Mostra barista for assistance.
  • We have increased the frequency and intensity of our sanitation practices in our communal areas (chairs, doors, door handles, bathrooms, counters, tables etc.) outside of our hourly routine.
  • We are continuing to closely monitor the developments on COVID-19 and its impact around the world and locally.

Let us all remember that the best defense to spreading any virus is to stay home if you’re sick, wash hands with warm water for 20 seconds, and prevent touching your face. 

We love hugs and we are happy to offer “air hugs” from afar to take extra precaution. Although we are encouraged to create some physical distance to prevent the spread of COVID-19, human connection and compassion is needed now more than ever. Let us continue to support one another and find ways to spread kindness and love as a community.
