Wush Wush, the coffee is so nice they named it twice! Hailing from 1750 MASL in the Tolima Region, this coffee comes to us from the same team as our coveted Gesha Spirits. Give it up to the Forest Team for their hard work and the delicious coffees they help bring our way!
This Wush Wush is produced by a very special person, Argemiro of La Esperanza, who developed unique nano-batches with every variety he produced. Argemiro started with pre-fermentation in cherry in Grain Pro bags for 24 hours, followed by submerged anaerobic fermentation in mucilage for an additional 48 hours. For this special batch, Argemiro, the producer, dried the coffee for 8 to 12 hours a day and had stalls made every day in Grain Pro bags, which made the process of this coffee take 25 days to completely dry.
