Seasonal Blend for cold brew features a few favorite origins. Washed/wet processed Vietnamese is a constant while we typically rotate through coffees from Central/South America as well as Africa to round out this blend.
Blend changes seasonally but is meant for a super-even cold brew, whether you do immersion or pass-through; flash, room-temp or chilled; a million ways to skin a cat (pardon the expression) to get a smooth and refreshing medium level cold coffee with some subtle nuance and tempered acidity.
