Our roaster, Nick, has eclectic tastes across the coffee spectrum that sometimes veer into... well, not eccentric necessarily - let's say "dynamic".

Inspired by a coffee-for-beer recipe scribbled on a placemat, this blend represents that borderline eccentricity: bright, intense, rustic, fruity, deep, and somehow nuanced, and just an all-around rich experience. It's like that sweet spot at the center of a plate of diner breakfast where all the flavors come together in a heavenly embrace.

We don't always have the components to make this blend work, so grab a bag or cup while you can and see if you can hang.
